Description
The laconic form as horizontal high-rise and the highly visible location of this apartment complex referred to as the ‘Beam’ signal, at first glance, both its integration in an originally greater over all concept as well mare its individualistic
conception. Along its entire length of 180 meters the prostrate apartment building follows the shoreline of the New Danube and seems almost like a tanker that has
been anchored on the bank of this Danube arm. The structure is supported by pliotis that raise the building with its up to seven floors like a stage above the plateau-like slab base.
