Complex spatial arrangements are deliberateiy avoided with the interiors of the dwelling having simple rooms with large windows and a traditional internal layout. The houses do not describe or dictate a way of living by introducing new typologies but allow through their straightforward arrangements a less defined, less controlled use.
The projet is developed through the section which enhances the distinction
between the public and private realm. It presents tall facades to the streets and public green space and shorter facades to the more intimate interior.
